Guest guest
Please be in process of practicing the safeties as you do this technique it can be effective for one who is chakra breathing as a replacement for the Tibetans. I will try and make this easy for you. You must do this more than nine times to have effect. As you practice it will get easier. Please evacuate the bowel if it is needed before this technique as well as any other bodily requirements. This can be done any time night or day. 1) Lay on your back with a light sheet or blanket over your body to the upper chest. If you are in a colder climate then accomodate yourself. Spread your legs a little bit farther than shoulder width. 2) Arch your back upwards so that your pelvis is in the air. As you do this spread the the cheeks of your bottom outward towards the sides of your body and lower your pelvis to the bed locking that spread into place. This should expose your anal opening to the air and it may feel a little cold. This is as it should be. 3) Place your fingertips and thmbtips in the position that you know because of course you are diligently practicing the safeties daily. lol- Bring your eyes up and bring your tongue to the connected upper position. 4) As you are in a relaxed mode unflex the sphincter and allow as much as you can this organ to relax. Please use this position to breath into the first chakra. Let me know if you have questions or difficulties in this area- blessings - chrism
Guest guest
Dear - Thank you for the instructions. I tried this out today and I am unsure if I have the strength the perform this. Is it with the legs fully extended? I cannot hold a pelvic tilt in that position for more than a couple of seconds. :-( If I did a " bridge " with the knees bent, then I could. Would that be acceptable? Also, on the fingers out position, I cannot hold them extended for more than a couple of seconds. I have been letting them curl up. Guest guest
Yes but one needs hold this position only as long as it takes to pull the glutes away from the anus. Then as the person sinks down onto the bed the weight of the person holds the glutes apart. that is the only reason for the arch. If you can do this with your hands without arching that is fine as well. -
Guest guest
Sure! I can do a quick bridge-pull-sink-breathe sequence without difficulty. So, ignore rest of the chakra breathing, or complete that as well? Sorry for so many questions. Guest guest
Please do the chakra breathing daily and if you can arrange for exercise or massage after, this would be helpful. By exercise I mean a stretching of the muscles, joints, tendons, and skeleton as best that you can do - daily -
