Guest guest
Dear Chrism, I have never consciously been to the Astral and hope to be able to visit it one day. I have never had an OBE while awake and not sure what is going on when I am sleeping but sometimes I have very interesting dreams, but am not lucid in them. How does one get to the Astral so they can work in it? Love, Angelina , " chrism " <> wrote: > > , " chrism " > <@> wrote: > > > > You can do the safeties in the Astral as well as Yoga. Guest guest
Dear Chrism, When one is working in the Astral, is it not always a good idea to make contact with the person's astral body that you are working on? Guest guest
Angelina, here is a good online free book that would help you get started in learning to astral project. I see this as a beginner's book. There is much info on the net explaining how to do this. William Bulhman's books are really great books as well and go into more details than the Patterson free online book, but this is a good book you can start with. There are many more free online books on this subject, as well. It take a lot of practice for some...for some it just seems to come naturally. http://www.robertpeterson.org/obebook.html Linda , " gypsyeyes_101 " <gypsyeyes_101 wrote: > > Dear Chrism, > > I have never consciously been to the Astral and hope to be able to > visit it one day. Guest guest
I feel it is best to work on ones own self to the point where to work on another is as easy as blinking an eye. One must also be adept at gauging and weighing all factors of the learning experience before coming into it from a limited perspective. As when in body we are limited to the physical expression before the Kundalini or another form of advancement it is best imho to be clear on the physical natures first. There is the aspect of soul healings such as many Shamans use for the reuniting of fractured aspects of a soul. This could be seen as working on an astral body. For one method, I will recommend Soul retrieval Dr. William Baldwin. For another I will recommend An Ayahuasca journey under the guidance of a qualified Shaman. But one must be clear themselves first.- my take - chrism

But one must be clear themselves first.- my take - chrism Thank you for both of these methods and have known about Ayahuasca for awhile and can get it but don't know of a qualified Shaman, and would be very interested in having the experience. Yes, I can understand that must one be clear themsevles first and this takes much work and can see why it is called the Great Work. It takes time to remove the darkness to be clear. I am longing to be out of the body and free of this limited physical expression. I have been told that things happen to each, in their own time and rite. When someone sends their Light to you in the Astral to augment your own, is this the same as Shaktipat? Guest guest
Dear Chrism, Have you tried San Pedro Cactus ~ it seems that it would be OK to take that alone in a comfortable setting.
