Guest guest
I'm wondering if it would be good to use this method when doing the chakra breathing for those of us who are doing the Tibetans as well...i.e., to use this when breathing into the root chakra as part of the chakra breathing exercise. Claudia chrism <> wrote: Please be in process of practicing the safeties as you do this technique it can be effective for one who is chakra breathing as a replacement for the Tibetans. I will try and make this easy for you. You must do this more than nine times to have effect. As you practice it will get easier. Please evacuate the bowel if it is needed before this technique as well as any other bodily requirements. This can be done any time night or day. 1) Lay on your back with a light sheet or blanket over your body to the upper chest. If you are in a colder climate then accomodate yourself. Spread your legs a little bit farther than shoulder width. 2) Arch your back upwards so that your pelvis is in the air. As you do this spread the the cheeks of your bottom outward towards the sides of your body and lower your pelvis to the bed locking that spread into place. This should expose your anal opening to the air and it may feel a little cold. This is as it should be. 3) Place your fingertips and thmbtips in the position that you know because of course you are diligently practicing the safeties daily. lol- Bring your eyes up and bring your tongue to the connected upper position. 4) As you are in a relaxed mode unflex the sphincter and allow as much as you can this organ to relax. Please use this position to breath into the first chakra. Let me know if you have questions or difficulties in this area- blessings - chrism Looking for a deal? Guest guest
Yes Claudia very astute as usual! This is an excellent method of breathing into the first. It is half of the equation though as I havent yet given the other half but it will do for starters. - blessings Claudia - chrism
