If you rest your chin on your chest while chakra breathing it will

stretch the spine Claudia. Dr. Melissa has a special conditioning and

is very sensitive so this can go a long ways for her.

I feel that your suggestion of the Tibetans and the breathing will be

most effective. The Tibetans release micro kundalini and the breathing

is a form of prana bursting in each chakra. Together along with the

rest of the safeties it is a very strong platform. I have done this.

It works! Be sure your emotional and mental bodys are ready! I will

give the other half of the equation soon but dont let that keep you

from doing the breathing and the Tibetans. -

Thank you! Yes, you had told us about resting the chin on the chest as a

stretching maneuver before and I am doing my Compression Prayer that way, but

had not incorporated it into the chakra breathing. So I will begin using the

'chin rest' as well as the 'cheek spread' in my chakra breathing, LOL!

Blessings & love to you,

Claudia
