Hi Everyone!

 

I have posted here before about my problem with my shadow self,

when the kundalini energy opened up my first chakra then out came my

shadow self on display for me as a shadow(ironically) and i have been

dealing with it for over a year now.

 

I only recently found out that it is my shadow self,i first perceived

it to be a troublesome spirit.

 

I can actually talk to my shadow and it responds but quite often with

hostility.It brings me down mentally alot and many times makes me cry!

 

I know that this is all a part of my healing process within the

kundalini and i am also in another healing process,i have twin flame

with me here in spirit so i have alot of issues that need healing

before my twin flame reunion,that is one of the reasons i think for

the length of this shadow process because the shadow hinders me in

starting to meditate,it distorts images in my mind so i cannot go

into meditation and i find that so painful that i am crying daily

because i long so much to meet my twin flame in meditation and i also

want to progress with this kundalini awakening of mine!

 

I am going to really work on healing this shadow now,i cannot take

this for much longer,i am sick of these dark nights of the soul!

 

I want to ask you all if you can pray for my healing and the healing

of my shadow self,i would be very grateful!
