Guest guest
Hi guys, Well, I needed to get organized with my K practice, because this week starts my cosmetic line's gift with purchase promo, and I'm going to be swamped. I didn't want anything to get in the way of my K routine, so.... of course I had to be weird and make a hop scotch board for my bedroom floor. It's like a board game, and a hop scotch combined. It's big, so that when I'm standing, I can still see what my focus should be. On the starting line, is 'eyes up' 'tongue up' fingers locked'. (Like I could forget... LOL, but it was cute and it fit) Then, each square has a different Tibetan Rite on it. Even a little stick drawing of the exercise. There is a square for compression breathing, an square with the Mantra, and one for the Lord's prayer and prayer intentions, and a square for chakra meditation. The finish line reads 'peace' 'joy' 'love and a forgiving heart'. Then at the top, I made a song called Namaste. It goes: Namaste, namaste.. I honor you, you honor me. The light of God is in us all. Though so different, we're the same. Namaste, namaste.. I pray for you, you pray for me. One light, one world through eternity. One sorrow and one love. Namaste..namaste. Just thought I'd share the ridiculous ways in which Kundalini helps me prepare my simple little mind. LOL Love and blessings to you all, Tara Be a better Globetrotter.
