Tom, keep your chin up. Things have this way of working out. I recall a few months ago being worried about my job. Since my accident I am unable to work a full day and could no longer handle the stress of managing employees. I was given a temporary position with less stress where I could more or less make my own hours. When it became obvious that I would not be able to return to my old position I sat down and discussed it with my boss. She said she liked things as they were and did not cut my pay! I am still making a manager salary and have less responsibility and a much easier job now.
