my update

September 18, 2007

Hi gang,

I have begun a fast today, nothing but water and

mint/sage tea will pass my lips.

I have been suffering from a severe bout of my usual

dermititis and skin desorders (hooray), Shakti's way

of forcing me to do what she wants...hee hee thanks

Shakti.

So, as I'm working all weekend, I thought I would do a

three day fast now and build up to a little healthy

food over the hectic weekend.

Lots of yoga and prayer/breathing.

I am already feeling terrible so it must be

working....GRIN.

My spirits are high though and I'm thoroughly enjoying

myself.

I've been having vivid dreams and I think my sexual

self is going through alot of healing.

I dreamt I had a huge poisonous black spider removed

from my right leg by a nurse the other night.

And those glowing lime green bugs I dreamt of a while

back (remember?) well now my sacred yoni is glowing

that same shade of green in my dream last night.

Something is healing I think!!!

So, all in all, I'm very happy and looking forward to

all the gifts this shaktipat has to offer.
