Guest guest
Yes! I get this every few weeks/months. I have been known to fall asleep on the keyboard of my laptop on a number of occasions, lol. When you feel like this, don't fight it! Get that extra sleep. Sometimes a lot of work is being done during the sleeping hours. I have also experienced only needing about 6 hrs of sleep a night, so it can go the other way too. Guest guest
Yes, I have, but maybe not to the extreme as you. I am usually a very late night person, this week I have been getting up a lot earlier than my usually time and going to bed earlier. The last two days, I have been using my excess energy to get some much needed yard work done. After having so much rain throughout the whole summer things in my yard grew an outragious amount. LOL! I was enjoying the work so much, I did not realize how tired and sore I was getting. I was in a sad shape last night and didn't know if I would be able to do the Tibetans, but after a nap I was able too. I was real surprise when I got up this morning, because after such a work out I would be so sore the next day, I could hardly move, but other than a little soreness in my right elbow, the rest of me feels great. It usually takes me several days to get over the soreness after doing something like that.
