Natural diurnal cycles can be strengthened with Kundalini. We are a

bit unbalanced in the west due to an over exposure to light. Darkness

needs to be part of the menu. This can allow the pineal gland to

produce the needed hormones and chemical balances such as DMT and

other natural physiologic characteristics that flourish in low light

environments. Phosphenic activity as well.

 

Arising at before the break of day and sleeping with the approach of

full darkness is part of an ancient cycle that has been interrupted by

technology.

 

This is why it is a 3 am scenario for many Kundalini people who will

then stay up and do a practice or go back to sleep or astral journey

or the many activities that come with the youngest part of the day. -
