Kubera / Regarding Locks

This is probably directed to Chrism, but others can comment if they

wish . . . In the chakra breathing prescribed for me, I have an urge

to do mulabhanda, or root lock. Is that okay?

Yes that is an activating lock so go with your feelings and know what

it is you are being given intuition about. Get some watermelon and

have some of that on hand if you get hot. Please re-read the safeties

again.
