....or " Oh, Boy! Can I tell it's nearing Shaktipat! "

My husband gone till tomorrow, my daughter at school and the cats

amusing themselves on the garden wall, I sat in my special place

outside to meditate. A bench under a pergola with tall pines on

either side. It's nice out this morning, a cool 82 (that's cool in

Phoenix this time of year) and a light breeze blew whistling through

the pine needles over my head gently setting off some chimes nearby.

Then a hummingbird perched not 3 ft. away and chirped for about 5

mins. nonstop. As I went into the breathing, behind my eyes, green

ebbed and flowed. A vivid beautiful shade of living green. Then I

went into a whole body buzz and my blood pulsated in my veins so that

I felt all the blood flowing in my body. It was wonderful! The only

time I've had that intense a feeling of buzzing over my whole body

was when I'd taken some sort of cold medicine (my body is just not

used to those substances). It got so intense, so all encompassing, I

had to open my eyes and when I did, looking around at this very

familiar setting in my back yard, I felt everythihg was wrapped in

joy. Not like seeing an aura but just that everything had on a cloak

of joy. I know, that doesn't make sense but that's the best way I can

describe it. It was almost like when you orgasm so long you almost

can't stand it anymore. But this wasn't sexual. An overload of a good

thing nearly. But not quite. I sat there a while just being in that.

But grudgingly I left it as I had to get on with my day. But I swear,

I wanted to just stay there and see how long it would last. I've not

had such an intense thing happen in meditation before, ever. I'll

have to try again later before my daughter comes home from school.

Will I be able to feel that again, though? I don't know...Are we

getting ready for Shaktipat or WHAT!?

I feel dazzled!

I love you all!
