Guest guest
This is just a question, and may be silly.. But I was just wondering. Where do we go during that time when you just 'space out'. You know what I'm referring to? You're just sitting there, and then you will just start staring, not even thinking about anything particular..? I'm just asking, because the other day at work, I was very stressed, and I started to space out and then stopped to get back to work. It happened again a few minutes later so I just let myself go and be spaced out. I think it was for maybe 3 or 4 minutes. When I finally popped back in, I was the calmest, most patient person...all stress had gone away. I felt completely renewed. My heart chakra was wide open.. Guest guest
Not silly Leslie. I don't have the answer, but I can zone out at will and I am much calmer after. I am also subject to psychic experiences at those times. My theory is that we are " disconnecting " from the ego, the outside world and turning inward. Where the good stuff really is!
