Guest guest
Thank you chrism. Yes my breakfast is 2 slices of bread and sprouted grains lightly steamed. Raw some times result in throat infections. For a very long period i used to take one tea spoon of fenugreek seeds and one tea spoon of broken wheat boiled in 2 cups of water as dinner, nothing else. It is so bitter that after consuming this, one will not feel any hunger ! This diet has helped me live with diabetes, type II, for last 27 years. Ayurveda is a thousands of years old system of medicine of India. Ayurveda says, a part of the food eaten becomes the physical body, another part becomes the mind and the rest is send out as waste. according to Ayurveda, the mind is " Matter " (Dravya is the word used). To my knowledge, there is atleast one western thinker, Dr.Sheldrake whose thoughts are in similar lines, about the mind. With love and regards Venugopal chrism <> wrote: Yes its reads as similar to " Tsampa " of the Tibetans do you consume this Venugopal - blessings and good to read you - chrism Share files, take polls, and discuss your passions - all under one roof.
