You posted last night saying the fast should have been started

yesterday and I was thinking the fast should be started tomorrow on

Friday. The Autumn Equinox begans on Sunday. So which is it? I haven't

eaten today just in case.

Never mind, I see you have already answered. I think I will just go

ahead and fast an extra day, since it is already so late in the day

already. Would it be OK to fast through the whole Shaktipat week? It's

been a long time since I've been on a long fast. It sure make you feel

good.
