I have been STARVING! I have eaten twice for the last two days; I

usually only eat once, plus a dinner salad. Still vegetarian though.

but I feel that if I don't eat what I need to eat, I feel terrible,

I can't live without the Tapioca, I don't know why, and sometimes it
