She seemed to be having some problems with peronal fear issues and

perhaps it isnt time for her to move through them. At least not yet or

not here. Let us keep her in our hearts yet give her the distance she

desires. -

As one of the quieter moderators of this Group, I would feel

privileged to be able to offer my services in discreetly checking

back with those who leave - their reason(s) for doing so and

occasionally posting a summary on the the broad forces at work,

without, of course, mentioning personal details. I have a feeling

that there are almost as many reasons as exits. But early membership

mentoring is a great idea as very few people, on joining, give more

than a few words about their expectations. John R.

As a " newbie " myself, (and after having received a heart-warming

welcome to this group, from John R.), I would like to support his

request below. - I believe his approach makes him very suitable for
