Guest guest Posted September 22, 2007 Report Share Posted September 22, 2007 As one of the quieter moderators of this Group, I would feel privileged to be able to offer my services in discreetly checking back with those who leave - their reason(s) for doing so and occasionally posting a summary on the the broad forces at work, without, of course, mentioning personal details. I have a feeling that there are almost as many reasons as exits. But early membership mentoring is a great idea as very few people, on joining, give more than a few words about their expectations.
