Give up on you?!?! Never...we are always pulling for you, Randy! Congrats on

the recommitment to Paul's campaign...and as for the ring of pressure around

your skull....that sound a good bit like the 'Golden Helmet'....Sarita, Chrism,

what do you think? Sarita has experienced that a good bit.

Sounds like you're still making some good progress and I hope that the

Shaktipat is a wonderful experience for you!

Responsibilities are always hard to balance. Do your best to give attention

to your work, family AND your K path, and remember that there is no rush

here...you will awaken along the perfect timeline for YOU.

Shoulder to shoulder with you, brother,

Peace, love & service to others....great motto!

The ring of pressure around the head is a K symptom. I believe it is

a precursor to the Golden Helmet if I am not mistaken. (Chrism can

confirm this)

Good job Randy! Sounds like you are doing well.

Well I'm sorry to say I didn't fast today which I really planned on doing. Will

do it tomorrow

though. The presentation was a working lunch. I suppose I could have not ordered

with

the rest of the office but I decided to be social and dine with my co workers.

I'm a kind of

all or nothing person.

I will make every effort to fast tomorrow and eat watermelon on the first day of

Shaktipat.

Class went well, got my homework done and now I have some time to concentrate on

my

meditation. Thanks for the vote of confidence Claudia. You have such a caring

heart.

I'm going to try and catch up on some messages and then I'll spend more time

than

normal (for me) over the Shaktipat enjoying the experiences of the others and

with any

luck post some of my own.

All my love to everyone in the group for a wonderful awakening.

A special thank you to Chrsim for all the love you send.

Peace, Love & Service to Others.

So glad you're free at least for a while to focus on the upcoming blessed event,

little brother! I can feel your happiness and your commitment to the K!

Quoting my dear triad brother, Bradly, " create what you truly wish to

experience! " I send you my love and Shaktipat blessings!!

Peace Love Service,

Claudia
