Yes, I know exactly what you mean! It is like a very natural thing! It just

automatically happens and it is really cool! But have you ever had the pressure

in the third eye build as if something is going to burst out of it and rice

krispy sounds while your were sending healing?

That's how I experience the healing energy Kat. When I am ready to

send to someone the energy builds up and then goes out through the

top of my head. It is like I am a conduit for the energy, not the

sender of it if that makes sense.
