Is good for the stomach. walk a little. is good to take a shower before to go to sleep. and tight yourself and then release, (3 times) (in the bed) to take off the stresss. and breathe calm. love patty Fussy? Guest guest Posted September 22, 2007 Report Share Posted September 22, 2007 I just prayed and prayed and prayed for some sleep, and didn't wake up until 5:00 am this am - normal time for me. Either someone heard or chrism pulled the scatterfield off of me because no more kriyas and actually some sleep!
