Guest guest
Hi group, How are you all? I'm doing good. Finals is finally over and I have been catching on a lot of sleep. Well, I'm doing the fasting. I've been looking for the Shakti prayer for awhile and found it at the website. Last night, during meditation and prayer, I prayed the Shakti prayer. I was in bed. I don't know what happened to me after reciting the " earth, air, fire, snow prayer/mantra. I know that while I was saying the part: " Release the Holy fire in me " , I felt electricity all over my upper body especially around my crown. I felt a lot of crawling sensations. It was so intense that it almost freaked me out. Then, I continued and after awhile, I somewhat went out of body. I was paralyzed and couldn't move. Its been awhile since I had an OBE so this one caught me off guard. I was out of body yet my mind physical body remained in the locks and in my mind, I was still reciting the prayer to Shakti. But, I tried to move, but I could not move. I remember, I was screaming or maybe calling my aunt to wake me up, but of course she cannot hear me or anyone. Well, I felt that crawling and electricity going on in my head/crown. Also felt a woman's skinny hands playing, massaging, messing up my hair/head/scalp. OOoohh, it drove me nuts!! It went on for 10-15 minutes. I literally felt her hand touching my head. But it felt like many or multiple hands doing this. At the same time, I heard music or a woman singing in my ear, " Dance to the rhythm. Dance to the rhythm. " And then I felt or heard someone telling me in my head to surrender. OMG! How can you surrender right? Ughh. Well, I eventually just let myself surrender to what was going on and then after awhile, I was able to turn to my left side. I lifted my left hand and snapped myself back to wake up. And I did. I stayed awake for awhile and thought about what just happened. I returned to praying, forgiveness, and everything I am thankful for. Greeted Shakti a happy birthday, because yesterday was my 5'th month since Shakti came into my life. I also had a very disturbing dream. It was so scary and felt so real. I have not seen a ghost since 2004. Well, I dreamed of 2 ghosts - a boy and a girl. They were standing on the bed. It gave me the creeps. But I tried to block my fear. Then I realized that these ghosts and spirits are probably present in real life walking around in our homes or anywhere we are, but we are too busy caught up with everyday living that we don't pay much attention to them. Anyway, I just wanted to share my experience with all of you. I tried calling the emergency line, but I don't think it works anymore Chrism. It used to have a voice mail, but not anymore. Ughh, so were those Shakti's hands messing with my head and hair last night? Does Shakti have multiple arms and hands? Thanks for reading, Anne
Guest guest
It was beautiful to read I hope it didn't really scared you, it is always frightening when it starts, but then, as you said, you surrender, and doesn't it feel wonderful then? Guest guest
You did well Anne. Very important to surrender and to not fear her hands or the paralysis. It is good that you used the Shakti prayer with such success. Do try again and realize that there is no need for fear. Good going Anne! - chrism
Guest guest
Thanks and Emona. I will try it again and hopefully I will be more prepared now without fear and surrender all.
