Guest guest
I have pretty much been the opposite of Valerie today. I have been feeling very peaceful and calm, not a lot of energy happening today. This is the third day of total fasting for me and I do feel a bit weak, but fine otherwise. The last Shaktipat I was so excited I could not sleep and was very nervous what would take place. It's totally different this time, but I am very excited but calm at the same time about what this week will bring. After meditating this afternoon for about 30 minutes, I fell asleep and had this dream. I dreamed my husband and I were taking a walk together throughout the neighberhood. This is something he never does in RL. Then the next thing I knew I was alone on the walk and about that time I realized I was totally naked. I turned and begain going back home hoping no one would come out of their house and see me. But just as I thought that, all these people in several houses came out at that time and came towards me. There was no bush or anything I could hide behind. Hehe! I just stood there and they all came over and was talking to me and it was like they did not even notice I was standing there naked. I felt a little uncomfortable and whispered to one of the ladies and asked her if she could go get me some clothes to put on. She said sure, as though it was not a big deal for me to be there naked and a man (I think her husband) told her what outfit to get for me. I had a naked dream during last Shaktipat, as well. What is with that? This is the only two naked dreams that I have ever remembered dreaming. Linda
Guest guest
Hi Linda! Dreams of being naked usually have to do with a fear of " being exposed " in some way. I can see how this might tie in with Shaktipat. If you think about it you are giving permission to share energy with someone else AND this time there are others who are sending to you. That could be where the group of people come in from the dream. They don't notice/are not bothered by your nakedness. Those sending to you are not judging you in any way, that is not their job. The dream is saying that your fears are unfounded. Hope that helps! Sarita , " Linda " <crazycats711 wrote: > > I have pretty much been the opposite of Valerie today. Guest guest
Hi Sarita, If I am in fear, it is very subconscious, because I am feeling very calm and peaceful this time and looking forward with excitement in what will take place. In the naked dream in the last Shaktipat, everyone was naked so I wasn't bothered at all being naked. I only felt uncomfortable in this one because I was the only one there naked. I guess if I'm in fear, I in denial of it. I don't feel like I am in fear. Thanks for the response, anyways. I'll have to looked up the meaning tomorrow in my dream books and see what they have to say. Now I need to go to sleep. Night all. Wish you all a great Shaktipat week. Guest guest
I think it's preparing you for our " Naked Yoga with Shakti " video!!! hee hee, Seriously though, funny you should dream that as last night I dream I was in the bathroom topless when my father walked in, in real life he is really shy of nudity, especially from me, but in the dream he just walked in to talk to me. I felt like to hide my breasts at first, but when I saw he wasn't bothered at all, I just surrendered and let it be feeling quite comfortable with how relaxed he was. Funny. Maybe it's about letting your true self be seen? Love Elektra x x x _________ Answers - Got a question? Someone out there knows the answer. Guest guest
This is weird . . . . I have not had a dream in maybe 2 or 3 nights, then on the first night of shaktipat, I drempt that a former patient called me up, was in tears, and said I had prescribed something that made her have a heart attack. She wouldn't talk to me after that, but wouldn't hang up either; she just kept sobbing. What the heck was that about? I don't ~think~ I have ever ticked anyone off. Very unsettling. Guest guest
Is there a heart chakra issue that you need to deal with? This might be a reminder.
