Guest guest
I just did the clockwise spin and my son Alex asked me what I was doing, I told him I was spinning. He told me I looked like a star, the kind way up in the sky, he said that my forehead was shining right where my third eye is. , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Wear the color RED > > Chakra breathe into this first chakra 15 times x three on this day > First chakra all day, burning and tingling at the > > tip > > of the tailbone pressure or heat, movement > > sensation. > > Spin clockwise as in first Tibetan three times this day as many > spins as you normally do, in three separate sessions, only this > Tibetan on this day, nurture this, > > open > > to this. >

Guest guest
I can feel the energy mostly in my head and feet, and my son Alex is having some experiences also. He is 5, and is hearing what he described as the sound of snow when the tv goes out. It seems he is seing and hearing the energy all around me. , " gypsyeyes_101 " <gypsyeyes_101 wrote: > > Greetings Everyone! > > Happy First Day of Shaktipat! Does anyone feel anything?
