I have felt lots of energy yesterday (the day before shaktipat), and some today. I have done alot of dancing and shaking my booty :-)) I had a dream with in last night, I was feeling safe and secure in the dream and being shown various scenarious where i may have previously felt insecure or uncomfortable and in the dream somehow I was changing that to feeling safe and relaxed. A lot of it nudity and sexuality. (not with Chrism mind you...ha ha) He was more guiding me. Lots of base issues being released. Feeling really lovely all day. Music had a profound effect on me when i listened today it made me feel all tingley and warm in the skin, like a caress.
