My first day of my first shaktipat is ending in about 30 min from now....today i got up late and had a bad way of start of day....but fortunately had a wonderful inspiring and guiding chat with chrism.....did some meditation.....for the first time i saw some wonderful green lights in my closed eyes.......i have been feeling warmth at many places all my body.......went to temple of goddess and chanted Lalithasahsranama and astotra stotras.....spent 1.30 hrs there ....did some meditation too.......over all...i dint feel anyting special.....nor did i do anything as i planned for the first day....... Chrism this is for you.....i have been feeling pain in my lower most position of my back since 3 days .......its very much near to the surgery i underwent 6 month ago....could you plz tell me is this pain coz of kundalini or my surgery.........
