Guest guest
That's interesting, Linda...how is it now? Mine is very minor now, but it was quite intense last night! Who knows, perhaps it will move up my spine as Shaktipat progresses! Whatever happens, I'm ready and surrendered... I could not go back to sleep for two hours because of the energy and pain and then when I did it was very light sleep. I use that time to meditate and send pray/healing as well. I felt a little nauseated from lack of sleep and was glad I was able to sleep in a bit this morning. My pain doesn't sound so much as yours though and mine is more in the lower shoulder blade area just like last Shatipat. I lay on my back and pulled my knees to my chin and pulled by chin to my chest, to stretch the back, and held that position for several minutes. Then I lay down flat on my back and surrendered over and over again. Then I sent some healing to people on my healing list. After that, the pain was reduced by perhaps 80%, which is amazing to me. I was able to go to sleep. > > Now it's morning and the pain is still there but it's not real bad. I can't think of anything I might have done to cause the pain, so I am assuming it is the K. What is the purpose or significance of this low back pain, Chrism? Is it associated with the opening/activation of Muladhara, which is the focus of Day 1 of Shaktipat? Is there anything I can do to attentuate the pain or should I just go with the flow, no pun intended? > > Luckily, I will be doing only the first Tibetan today, which will not aggravate the pain. I am concerned, however, about the rest of Shaktipat when I will ideally be adding one Tibetan each day, because the rest of them definitely involve the back. Any suggestions? > > I have not taken any analgesic, but I am wearing a 'heat wrap' over the painful area. Guest guest
Hi Claudia, Mine has gotton a lot more intense as the day goes on. I'm having to set up very straight and continue moving as with rocking back and forth or rotating. that is helping to relieve the pain. It is up to my neck now and I feel very warm like I am cooking in side. Hehe! A lot of pressure at my the base of my neck. I had the same pressure at the base of my neck a couple of days ago and it began when I was out walking that day. My left leg feels kind of numbish/tingly. I was feeling a lot of nerve sensation in it last night when I did the 2nd Tibetans. All the tingly stuff is more on my left side, but the pressure pain in my back is more on the right. I am ready and surrendering too... Love & blessings, Thanks for inquiring. Claudia , Claudia Lambright <newtfoodbowl wrote: > > That's interesting, Linda...how is it now?
