lower back pain--Everyone

I didn't sleep well at all last night! I don't think I actually fully went to

sleep at all! I got up at around 8:30 this morning feeling like I had done was

doze all night! Frank and I went to a Khaki Ball for the chiefs last night up in

Jacksonville, about 2 1/2 hours away from where we live and I dozed more on the

way home. By the way I have uploaded the picture of us at the Ball and am

awaiting approval from Chrism. Anyway, I have heat and slight pain in my lower

back and hear up my spine into my head with a slight crackling when I turn my

head certain ways. I have more of a burning sensation in the base of my neck.

Pretty interesting and have a pleasurable experience. Am encouraging it all and

am continuing the Tibetans, chakra breathing, compression prayer and mantra

(Shakti prayer). I have been feeling really great today, however when we got

home and I started reading the posts I felt an overwhelming sense of need to cry

for some reason and as I

continued to read the need left as quickly as it came. Anyhow, great to see

progress flowing in everyone and look forward as the Shaktipat continues. Love

to all of you my dear friends!

Love,

Katherine

Re: Re: lower back pain--Linda

That's interesting, Linda...how is it now? Mine is very minor now, but it was

quite intense last night! Who knows, perhaps it will move up my spine as

Shaktipat progresses! Whatever happens, I'm ready and surrendered. ..

Claudia

Hi Claudia,

My cat woke me up at about 5:05, that was 3:05 chrism's time and my

back was hurting too. Did my cat feel something? I could not go back

to sleep for two hours because of the energy and pain and then when I

did it was very light sleep. I use that time to meditate and send

pray/healing as well. I felt a little nauseated from lack of sleep

and was glad I was able to sleep in a bit this morning. My pain

doesn't sound so much as yours though and mine is more in the lower

shoulder blade area just like last Shatipat.

morning when I first awoke about 1:30, the pain was excruciating. I

lay on my back and pulled my knees to my chin and pulled by chin to

my chest, to stretch the back, and held that position for several

minutes. Then I lay down flat on my back and surrendered over and

over again. Then I sent some healing to people on my healing list.

After that, the pain was reduced by perhaps 80%, which is amazing to

me. I was able to go to sleep.

bad. I can't think of anything I might have done to cause the pain,

so I am assuming it is the K. What is the purpose or significance of

this low back pain, Chrism? Is it associated with the

opening/activation of Muladhara, which is the focus of Day 1 of

Shaktipat? Is there anything I can do to attentuate the pain or

should I just go with the flow, no pun intended?

not aggravate the pain. I am concerned, however, about the rest of

Shaktipat when I will ideally be adding one Tibetan each day, because

the rest of them definitely involve the back. Any suggestions?
