Guest guest
The day started uneventful. A little pressure around the Chakra after breathing and the Tibetian. I was feeling a little low becuase no real responses just the wave of energy coming out of my neck with the usual goosebumps. Then I read last nights e-mails and saw Chrism's comment on being worthy and making the most out of our choice. His words went right to me. I had been feeling unworthy all day. So I went back and did the breathing again with a more positive attitude, that even if I had no responses I would be happy in the moment and try. My dog has been doing circles around me everytime I have meditated today...strange I thought. Then boom! Early afternoon after meditating! What did you put in the Shaktipat Chrism!?!?!?! Wow! I had to go out side. Then it over whelmed me...the beauty of everything. I watched leaves fall so gracefully. The wind in the trees, the birds and bees flying around me. Then I would close my eyes and see colors and when I opened them I saw so many small lights like stars filing the sky and sparkling in the trees. I felt so much love and in tune with smells of the outdoors, the beauty of everything, the simple love that is in everything. I cried tears of joy...I sobbed tears of joy. I smiled until my face hurt! I haven't felt this good since I was a kid. Now I feel druged and ready to go back outside for the evening. You are all in my thoughts. I wish you all so much happiness and love! Thank you all for all the love you have given me in this group. Chrism..Sarita and others....I can't express my love an dthanks! It is all so simple...why do we make it so complicated? Love to you all!!!!! Scott
