First day Shaktipat

Hi Chrism, and group:

 

Approaching midnight here in the UK, and the first day of Shaktipat's

nearly over. I have maintained all practices as prescribed.

 

I have experienced a " glowing heat " , radiating from my chest area for

most of the day - makes me sweat, at times. This seems to eminate out

of my body, whilst inside my body seems to be vibrating!

 

I have also had a slight headache for the latter part of the day (gone

now), and have felt a " fluttering " at the base chakra, but I'm not sure

if this is just excitement!

 

There have been two " blissful experiences " whilst meditating! Emotions

stable, otherwise.

 

I'm really enjoying this.....looking forward to tomorrow. Many thanks,
