Guest guest
The pain s caused by an accumulation of Kundalini. It will move of its own over time and with the next application to the second chakra. But if the pain is too much the second Tibetan will have the effect of pulling some of that pressure up helping to move some of the energy out of the first. So if the pain is too much then do the second Tibetan, if not then wait and allow the energy to move of its own when the second chakra is worked on tomarrow. - blessings my friend - chrism
