Thank you, I don't normally write this this, but something sort of 'took over'

me,

and sent my fingers-a-typing. Hee,hee!!

Today I meditate, on the love I want you to feel.

I need you to realize, that happiness is real.

I sit, my body grounded to the earth.

Relaxing every clenched muscle, every sense of hurt.

Releasing every worried thought, every fear.

Feeling the emotion, in your eyes.

I picture a beautiful, glowing light.

As I inhale, it grows to fill my vision.

It takes up every inch of space, on the horizon.

Pleasant warmth, it fills me.

I focus as I breathe. Its purity and healing, has emptied itself into me.

Your face comes into my view.

With my eyes focussed upon yours, I transfer a piece of my soul.

I push the warm brightness, like a breath..out of me.

Directed toward the glow in your eyes, I give of my radiant light.

As a rainbow, shining colorful rays across the sky-

I project loving and healing toward you, through the eyes.

Peace to you, dear sister. Health to you, dear brother.

Serenity to you, sweet friend. Comfort to us, each other.

Desire is a powerful emotion.

Love is best expressed through caring intention.

Take of this light you see, and breathe deep, the energy.

Use love as your bridge, from the old to the new.

Create the 'you' who has needed to be.

Use light as your strength, and heal yourself..through me.
