Guest guest
I'm glad you're having a rich Shaktipat experience, Becky! And I'm sorry there was some tumult involved the first day, but that is part of the K package, eh? Thorns among the roses... Love, Claudia Becky Jean Rich <beckyjeanrich wrote: Dearest Group - Thank you for your warm loving hug! Boy did I need it that. The Kundalini experience is surfacing lots of things for me. Many things to mention, but all is well and that's how I see it now. I am learning and the lessons I am learning is self discovery. Self discovery I ask? but I was here all along, how could I have missed me? The first day of Shaktipat at around 4 am I woke up suddenly with lots of energy. At about 11:45 I heard clearly in my left ear the ringing noise commonly referred to " someone is talking about you " I went to my meditating area and began my meditation chanting The Goddess Prayer. A bit later I heard the sound of a gong, I knew Shaktipat was being delivered. The vibration on the feet were pretty cool. Lower back sensations, tail burning, ouch today my butt hurts! but in a good way. The energies were wonderful, I knew it was meant for me to participate. I tend to feel this cool wind on my face as my crown opens. Like theres a fan on top of my head and it's gently blowing on my face, yesterdays breeze was the coolest, purest I have ever felt. I heard a band of crickets playing their song! Today, I felt as if my tail bone had a heart of its own. Thumping away in rhythmic melody with my 4th chakkra. I was just done meditating and the energy was metallic, electric and strong. Yeeeha, Shakti here she comes! Let out the red carpet let the Goddess make her grand entrance. May Love embrace your day!
