Crackling and other things

Just a curious question! While doing the 1st and 2nd Tibetans today and

the compression prayer I have had quite a bit of crackling from the

base of my neck upwards! I have the crackling when I turn my head. I

also have had a bit of pressure in the area of my third eye as well

(off and on). I have also had a bit of cramping in the area of my 2nd

chakra as well (usually after the chakra breathing). Of course the

usual burning sensations and experiences of hot/cold. A little nibble

still going on from my feet upward. A firm grounding when outside

barefooted.

Love,

Katherine

I experience a LOT of cracking my knees a lot, the base of my skull

where it meets my neck and my back. I believe that things are being

adjusted. I have bad knees since the accident because they slammed

together, but since the cracking started they seem to be improving.
