ACCEPTANCE

I want you to know, that I love only you.

The you on the inside, is what I mean, not your clothes or your shoes.

I think their cute, but I'm not interested in them, this is the truth.

Today, I'm going to tell you over and over, that I love you.

It doesn't matter what music you listen to.

You don't need to change your tune, in order to fit in with me.

I see through to the inside. Your heart not closed, it's open..and free.

This makes me glad, for I like what I see.

A cheerful heart, gladdens the lives around you.

Even when you don't intent to show it, you stand out in the crowd.

Your joy is contagious, so go ahead, and spread it around.

It doesn't matter whether you're in sync with the latest style.

What makes me happy, is the love you share, through your smile.

What matters, is what's inside your heart, and what you show.

I see that you're good, and you mean well.

I just want you to know.

Tara, you are on a roll girl.....SMILES!!

I particularly love this one as it is very meaningful

for me after the discussion I just had with my hubby.

I admited and released all this old guilt and shame

and as I did I felt the k suddenly begin to flow, I

felt so accepted and free.

Thankyou lovely,

Hugs

I'm so happy for you.

It seems as though K makes it harder, but actually, she kinds a way

to let us release our penned up self judgment and let our skeletons out of the

closet. It can be painful for us, as we don't really know if we'll be accepted,

but

in the end we find that K had a plan. It works itself out more quickly than we

could have ever believed, and we turn out to be healthier and happier..living

with K.

I know all about skeletons in the closet. I was raised Catholic, and banned

from expressing myself, unless spoken to first. Many opinions and feelings and

hurts had to be kept on the inside. Thankfully, I have let most of my skeletons

out, but when it comes to speaking plainly with my mom, she judges me too much,

and is not very understanding about most things. I wind up avoiding an argument

by just keeping it inside. I write it out later, in my poetry anyway.

We should never have to feel shame..hurt, or lonesome.

I'm glad we both feel better now.

Love to you, my sweetest little Elektra,

Tara
