Guest guest
The serrvice aspect is more for those outside of your immediate surroundings or for a spousel ie mutual beneficial expereince. It is for strangers (typically) and with out a direct or indirect payment for the services rendered. I do everything that I can in order to NOT have you blown out of your socks! Thats why there is a Scatterfield. No insult to the person by means of Shaktipat is allowed. The sitepat can do that though. So please do your practice and try not to gauge the infusion based upon how you demonstrate or not symptoms. They are a mere by product of a larger plan. - No dosage increase is needed but that may happen of its own accord. We are only half way through. - chrism
Guest guest
Thanks Chrism! I'm sorry, " blowing my socks off " was a very inaccurate way of putting it! Though special effects undeniably have charm at the time, it's the amount of love I've felt myself radiating (or failing to radiate) that feels like the lasting value worth measuring. Scott's love broadcasts really embody this for me, now that's really getting somewhere! This service thing sends me round in circles though. Receiving K dividends for service to me sounds like a reward, but how does desiring and then receiving such a reward not violate the no-payment principle? I can see how cultivating a knee-jerk reaction of kindness would let you carry out momentary acts of service without thinking of reward, but isn't something more premeditated in danger of constituting a vested interest? This sounds more analytical than I'm intending, a bit like a robot trying to learn emotions - I know it's more a feeling or an attitude than a set of rules, but reproducing the right state feels a bit hit and miss sometimes... Guest guest
Yes Tom, it is like tuning into a distant radio frequency. So it isn't a " just add water scenario " lol. It is an adoption of a service for others mentality that supersedes a rewards based mentality. This is done through practice. Follow Katherine's example in a way as it is the volunteering that can help one to feel the love first and then the reward becomes less based in the physical desires and more into the areas of service for others no matter what is or isn't received. It's a mind shift. A surrendering to a divine model rather than a " survival needs for myself " based model. I feel you understand this. - blessings my friend don't let this stop your progress and do the practice whether you " feel " anything or not. It is a step by step process here so as not to give to much to the unconditioned bodies. - chrism
