This time has been so different for me, i got through the scatterfield days

which made feel really grateful, and the rainbow days are so far so good, i am

enjoying all the symptoms, starting form head pain( light though, it feels more

like a pressure in the top part of the head/skull) to restless sleep which i

i have this rollercoaster of emotions though, but the sad feelings subsides as

soon as i express my gratitude it works with the pain too .

during meditation on the first chakra day, i was visualising red and there

appeared a bright red spot that slowly took a form of a wild horse and ran from

my vision field, and before sleeping tonight i was thinking about tomorrow, i

meditated, preparing for the fourth green chakra i started seeing beautiful

crisp green coloured meadows and hills, it felt like i was hovering over it and

seeing it from low altitude.

All in all, it has been a wonderful experience so far and i am sure it'll

continue this way.
