Not saying that this is absolute but that there is opportunity. It is your choice but I strongly advise individuals to stick with what is offered here first. This includes those receiving healings and other incursions. Do it the way it is advised here first as per the safeties or the special instructions given. Then when you are finished you can insert what ever it is that strikes your fancy.
