Guest guest
2:15 a.m. Okay, I decided a while ago, that I felt I needed to do the Tibetans..etc, again. So I just finished doing the first set of Tibetans, and my compression breathing, Shakti prayer, and my other prayers to God and the blessed mother. I stopped before doing my chakra breathing, because I remembered that I needed to get my laundry from downstairs. I got up from the floor, and OMG! I thought I was going to break in half! The pain through the lower back was/ is unbearable. Aside from that, I just got a sweeping pain through my feet, and then it left, and a weird sort of chill, all through me. The kind you get when you're sick with a fever and you're both hot and chilly at the same time. It feels kind of tingly. I was feeling something in my spine, moving, when I'd walk. It was hurting a lot. Now, at this very moment, something is touching my back. Something inside of my back, is sweeping a chill through me, and it's the same kind of nice chill that I got before. The kind that feels like fresh air is blowing in. Now there is pressure on my lower back. A lot of pressure. I'm going to finish my routine, and see what happens. Shakti must be sweeping all the bad out of me, so I'm just going to surrender, and have no fear, and no worries. 3:05a.m. I just finished the second set of everything except the chakra meditations. I just had to stop for a minute, and take care of one last 'end of the night task', so that I can go right to bed, once I'm finished. As I stopped, I began to feel the pain again. Now it is in my kidneys, and they feel as if they are swollen with red infection, and pulsating with pain. It feels as if something is moving in them. Maybe the swelling I feel is from excessive heat. I do feel a bit feverish. It is beginning to subside a bit now, and I'm going to proceed with my meditation, and on to the last set of everything. Okay. I just finished everything, and I feel MUCH better. There is still a little irritation and pain, in my kidneys, but it is nothing like before. While I was doing the 2nd and 3rd Tibetan, I felt something like a moving bone, clicking in my lower back, in a straight line. It seems to be gone now, so I'm going to bed. Goodnight all..and love to each one of you, Tara Check out the hottest 2008 models today at Autos.
Guest guest
Tara, Because you have a flow already established I would ask that you back off of bringing more of a flow on at this time. Too much of this good thing can fry the endocrine system. So when you awaken early just meditate and pray do not do the compression prayer or breathing. Do some gently yoga " not " the Tibetans. No alternate nsotril breathing either. You are doing well let this not be seen as anything but a recognition of that. Remember it isnt about phenomena. It is about slowly and gently allowing the body the time and the support to encompass these changes in a healthy and balanced format. All of the expressive systems need to be coddled and allowed time for the infusion to be set sand strong. These instructions are for Tara only. - Unless you truly feel an intuition to follow them -
