Sense the Shaktipat I have an unusual dream, a conversation of sorts

while I was asleep, last night I had an unusaul dream which I believe

it to be K related and at a different time during the night another

conversation with someone I couldn't see (not sure whether male or

female). When ever I read the posts I get either really energized or

really tired and need to take a rest! I have gone from being in the

best mood ever to the mood that Sarita is apparently feeling today!

While doing my Chakra breathing I feel different sensations in each.

The root and second chakra there is fluttering and vibrations, 3rd

chakra a piercing burning sensation sometimes pain, the 4th chakra

tears of happiness and joy and strong bouts of emotion with a need to

cry, 5th chakra a lump in my thought with a mind filled with words of

every sort! I have had crackling, buzzing, popping! I have had strong

episodes of pressure in my ears especially when I am reading the

posts or typing a post or response (like right now). HOT flashes,

cold flashes! When I taking my shower and rinsing off with hot water

I got chillie bumps all over me with a sense of coolness under the

steamy hot water washing down my body. I have had sore throat, still

sort of that way, a sense of bites in various parts of my body! My

neck especially when I am meditating! And more things, but you get

the jest of it...I am relating all of these things to Shakti, to " K " .

I am gratified to have been given this wonderful opportunity of

expression from " K " ! I am surrendering, surrendering, surrendering!

My heart is filled with love for all of you and I am so thankful that

I have found you all.

That's great Kat! Sounds like there is much happening for you

sister! I love reading that.

 

I know the downs aren't fun but it is all a part of this I know. I

have consistently had issues on communication day, so I must look

within to see what is there.

 

Of note, (your post reminded me) last night something silly struck me

so funny that I laughed and laughed until tears burst forth from my

eyes and I could barely breathe! If I had asthma, I surely would

have brought on an attack!! My husband just sat there in wonderment

while I convulsed with laughter. I guess I used up all my humor and

maybe THAT'S why I am such a crabcake today.

They do say that pain is part of the process......well

I know now they were right.!!!

Happy to hear you are making progress, I too have had

the sore throat, it's subsided now thank goodness, now

it's a bad tummy :-((

I have also felt like things keep tickling or biting

me (not as painfully as you discribed it but like a

mosquito is there or a fly?) but I look and nothing is

there.
