I would highly recommend this to group members. Thank you, Chrism, for your guidance and advice. This had me " buzzing " for the rest of the day! Still not sleeping much, but not tired, and plenty of energy......there's a strong " pull " sensation from the solar plexus, and occasional " heat waves " . Service to others has become my main focus. I have seen two beautiful rainbows this week! All is good. Have a great 6th day everyone - Eamonn.
