Guest guest
I woke up today to quite a suprise which is a bit embarrasing but I thought I'd share incase someone else goes through it and is to shy to ask about it. I had really bad dhyarrea, I woke up to the sensation of doing it in my bed, beyond my control. Yuck (to much info?) Then I couldn't keep it inside me. I woke up really early and decided just to do my yoga instead, running every two minutes to the loo, poo! I think this is my bodies way of releasing old emotions as I had it before when I was going through a major healing of old emotions. So, thats my yucky start to the day, luckily my husands amazing and he took care of me like a baby who needed her nappy changed....ha ha ha. Hope that no one else is having a pooey day..... Happy 6th chakra day. Love Elektra x x x _________ Want ideas for reducing your carbon footprint?
