Hello everyone,

Hope you all are well. Today I was in slow motion all day. Feeling

tired. However I did have the opportunity to help a couple people

today. One is a boy named Scottie who just got out of the hospital

last week with real bad bleeding due to Colitis. I spent the day

helping them which was nice. He is doing better now, but he is on

such high dosages of steriods it makes me worry.

I really was dragging a bit doing those Tibetans. Wow they have

really added up huh?!? But I persevered and got through them. Not

quite as easily as a few days ago when I had such high energy, but

nonetheless I'm happy I did them.

The chakra breathing and compression was giving me quite a headache

tonight. I may have been breathing too deeply. But nothing to worry

about.

Last night I forgot to mention my pinky finger kept doing this

involuntary " flicking " I guess is how I would describe it. Maybe

excess energy. I don't know, but I was driving my car at the time.

Lets be happy it wasnt the middle one! Do not want any other driver

getting the wrong idea. (:

Wishing you all a wonderful day!

Love to you all,

Deb

Haha, Deb, you're funny about the fingers! i had a similar incident

last night in bed. It was my left hand pinky jerked out once or

twice. Nothing since then though. Just a weird tick.

yeah, I don't know what's up with the tiredness. I've heard a couple

others say they've had it, too, so it's not just us. A huge contrast

after the high (and I mean HIGH) energy we started out with. Yes,

the Tibetans are hard for me to do 3 times a day but we must try to

do them all. i know it's better for me in the long run. But my butt

is dragging!

Nice to hear how your progress is going.

Keep on going! Love,

Valarie

LOL!

I can picture it now, Deb!

I had a broken middle finger, when I was a kid, and I had to wear a splint.

Needless to say, when I closed my hand, that one remained open, and it was kind

of funny. My brother did it to my by accident.

We were pretending to karate kick, and my hand got in the way.

I was mad, so I took full advantage of that finger thing. LOL

We were about eight and ten years old, so it wasn't so bad.

It would actually be even more hilarious to have a middle finger that flicked up

on its own! I'm glad you don't have to experience that, cause I wouldn't want

anyone to get mad at you. LOL

It's a whole different world, when you're all grown up.

Isn't it?!

Love and laughter,

Tara

Dear Valarie,

I'm glad I'm not the only one with the finger thing! And as for the

Tibetans and me kinda dragging, this morning I woke up and wondered

where the rest of my belly went! Guess I better send some love to the

Tibetan Creator!

Much love,

Deb
