Guest guest Posted September 28, 2007 Report Share Posted September 28, 2007 Hi gang, Last night I remember saying to myself and shakti, " why don't I feel anything in my spine or base chakra? Alot of other people do but I don't and I've been doing my practice every day for a while now surely I should feel something? I don't mean to compare myself Shakti " , I said, " but I'm feeling a little sad about it. " I apologised to Shakti for being impatient and gave thanks for everything. Then, I was on my way to sleepy land, I had just closed my eyes and snuggled into bed when a dreamstate beckoned, more like an alternate reality really. I was sitting in my bedroom at the end of my bed and I had a metal plate that had given me, I had to sit on it. When I did it began to vibrate and I felt my whole spine begin to vibrate including my base chakra. I knew in my mind that this was a training mat (the metal plate) and I was to use it to stimulate the buzzing spine. I felt it really buzzing and then I began to wake up as the vibrating was strong. As I woke I heard the sound of mosquitos in my ear dissapear in to a tube (does that make sense?) then nothing, I was awake. The end. I then had a normal nights sleep.
