Birthday experiences

Hello group,

 

I spent the night of my birthday, September 28th, out on a flat

rock, about 100 feet or so in length, right next to the Illinois

River. We (my new friend Matthew and I) built a fire out on the rock

before I sang and played the guitar. I felt the feminine energy of

the moon and the earth coming through me; it wasn't my voice in a

sense, it felt as though it was coming from some deeper source. I

stepped out of the way and how free I felt. I also cried and heaved

and it felt almost like giving birth, even though I have had no

children in this lifetime. It was somewhat painful, but was such

sweet surrender. I was seriously in my " yuck " as I call it and was

grateful when it was all over. It felt like shedding another layer

of skin...if that makes sense Here is part of one of the songs:

spend your birthday, being reborn!!!

Lovely song Jessica, I wish I could have heard you

sing it, it brought a wave of emotion inside me.
