Brad Update- Shaktipat

Shaktipat has been interesting for me again... My last meditation I

had some nice crown chakra action when I lied down after my

meditation...

 

Slow and steady for me again... No fireworks, but that is fine. I'll

keep at it.

 

I was good with the Tibetans and meditations, I had a bit of alcohol

and coffee though socializing, just a bit here and there, nothing

major... But I'll try to do better!

 

I think I can do more to find more joy, gratitude and service from

day to day. I'll do my best to become more aware of cultivating these

qualities.

 

Thanks to and his secret santa helpers this time around.

Thanks to those helping to send for some of my relatives too.

 

I think the group is rolling along very nicely and I'm enjoying being

a part of it. So many thanks to everyone involved for making our path

so enjoyable!
