Guest guest
Dear friends, This has been a wonderful Shaktipat for me, my second one. The last day, Saturday, was especially interesting! As you may remember, I had my first day of work for Habitat for Humanity on Saturday morning. Nine other women and I worked for four hours straight building and raising 3 of the 4 outside walls of a 4-bedroom house. The work was physically demanding for an old gal like me, lol, and I used muscles that don't often get that kind of work out, even though I am in very good physical shape. It was such a great feeling building a house for someone and the future homeowner was there working alongside us, paying what is called 'sweat equity.' She was so nice and was very excited about her new house. She has 4 children! I was very tired but feeling good when I got home and showered. After my shower, I noticed that my left leg was hurting. Then I realized that it was hurting VERY bad. The pain involved my left big toe as well, and it ran from there along the outside of my calf and into my knee. The pain came on pretty suddenly and became extremely strong. My left ankle and knee hurt the most, but as the day progressed, pain filled my entire calf and radiated into my thigh and my left hip. I began to get concerned. I knew I had not injured or twisted my left leg in any way that morning, so I wondered if it was the K. Being in tremendous pain, I decided to contact Chrism. I knew the toll-free number was down, so I sat down to go online and send him an urgent email. As soon as I sat down, a message popped up saying 'Chrism is online' ( instant messenger). Blessed coincidence?? Those of us who have been members of this group for a while know that the answer to that is 'no!' LOL. He confirmed that it was the K and we discussed his stripping my Shaktipat, but neither of us wanted that. I decided to deal with the pain, as I had learned on the very first morning of Shaktipat, when I woke up in excruciating back pain, that surrendering and dealing is the best approach. said that the infusion was like that described my Itzak Bentov in 'Stalking the Wild Pendulum.' Bentov describes a circuit that may occur in which the energy infuses the left foot and goes up the outside of the left leg, into the spine and all the way up through the chakras, then down the right side of the body, and making a full circle by joining the root chakra again. Well, the pain was extremely intense, and advised me to take a walk...it wasn't easy, but I did it, LOL! He also suggested some stretching exercises, which I did. I also massaged my leg and then had my husband massage it for me again before I went to bed. I did not expect to get much sleep. The leg hurt constantly, and when I moved even slightly, the pain flared even more. Unexpectedly, I slept well, and this morning, the pain was gone. As the day has worn on, I do have some pain on the inside part of the left knee, but that is all. Evidently, I experienced the beginnings of a classic Bentovian infusion, and I am glad that I weathered the pain, allowed Shakti to do her thing in my left leg, and that I am now being given time to assimilate what happened yesterday. As said, my body was not yet conditioned enough to avoid pain. But pain doesn't kill, as Shakti told me, and there is something to be learned in it. So I listened, loved the pain, and learned. I am very blessed by this experience, and I wanted to share it with my K brothers and sisters. And you were, as always, a wise and caring friend...thank you again. Thank you to and all of the Shaktipat senders who helped this time around. Blessings & love, Claudia Luggage? GPS? Comic books? Check out fitting gifts for grads at Search.
