Guest guest
Dearest Chrism, I have searched the web, and I cannot find any pictorial guides on gentle yoga. I've been immobilized and weak in bed for days, and have not been able to do anything. Could this be contributing to my pain? If so, what can I do to counteract it? And how can I access step by step gentle yoga? Can I just make up my own version, if I can't find it? Many thanks and blessings to you, Tara Don't let your dream ride pass you by. Guest guest
Do the Tibetans Tara. Shaktipat is over. Go slow and be gentle. Go to the bookstore and find some Hatha style of yoga or I think you have a yoga video yes? And see that you do both sides of the body with any posture. The Tibetans are good in that they are balanced automatically for both sides of the body. Dont feel you need to do all twenty one. Though if you can please do so. Keep us apprised of your situation. - chrism
Guest guest
Thank you so very, very much. No, I have a belly dance video, and I think a pilates video..but no yoga. I will have to go out and take a look at some. In gratefulness, Tara >chrism <> wrote: > Do the Tibetans Tara. Shaktipat is over. Go slow and be gentle. Guest guest
Get a vitamin C complex with hesperidan , rutin, and citrus bioflavioids. Get some zinc 50mgs and some selenium 100 mcg, and some vit b complex 100 or 50. Take these every other day with food. Open your day with watermelon. If you can find some MACA MACA about twenty dollars for a jar at " Wholefoods " , get that and have it in the morning. This will also provide a boost so beware - nothing is wrong. I will be coming to you on and off for a few times. I do this occasionally. You may feel hands though never in an inappropriate way . No worries. - Seems I am being called to scatter into the fields. Your not the only one lol. -
