It moves from one side to the other or is all over the top. It's pressure, not like a regular headache, like something is crawling throughout my head. It is really funny and hard to explain. Anyway, it hasn't really hurt until today and it is on the left now in the temple area. The crawling sensation of something being in my ear is now in the left ear and still in the right one.
