Guest guest
Oh, Elektra-Fairy-Angel! I feel your pain. Really! I have the same thing. Feeling as if my head may have grown a size, pressure in my face, ears. My eyes even hurt so forget having eyes up right now! My ears are ringing and my nose feels semi-swollen. Not blocked and not really runny. But there is a mild throbbing in my whole head (especially strong on top and behind my eyes)and my neck is tight as well. As for tingles, I had some but they didn't feel so good this time, they came with icky chills like when you have a toilet episode coming on, went up and down my body. I don't feel like I'm getting sick but I feel odd. Yesterday and today I feel a bit light-headed, at times off balance or slightly disoritented. It doesn't last long. I put off taking anything as long as I can but I may have to break down and take a sinus tablet for the headache. I'll surrender to it as much as I can. But I hope it passes soon for both of us! And Tara, dear, I hope you are continuing to mend. Been thinking of you! Everyone else, be well! Guest guest
Valarie...do you have a neti pot? Sounds like you could use a full sinus cavity flush. I just got one yesterday...actually, it is a variation called a 'nasaline,' which is a huge syringe with a soft rubber tip with a hole in it...you suck the salt water solution into the syringe and put the rubber tip against the opening in one nostril and gently inject the salt water into your nostril...it fills the sinus cavity and the eustacian tube and runs out the other nostrill. I actually liked it and my sinus cavaties have never been so clean and clear! Hope you feel better...and try to stay away from the sinus meds! Go homeo! Guest guest
I actually DO have a neti pot. I should use it more often, I know. I've stopped a cold or 2 from becoming anything using it. And a big tip, definitely use it after air travel!!! It will stop you getting really nasty things. Good idea, and thank you for reminding me. I should have thought of that. Yes, homeo or naturo is always better. Thanks for the reminder, Claud! Love ya, Valarie
