Guest guest
I was just thinking if so many are having wrist probs why don't we try to do a group wrist healing? We could concerntrate on strengthening the wrists of all who suffer. Just a thought, love Elektra x x x _________ Want ideas for reducing your carbon footprint? Guest guest
I'm always up for healing or energy whenever I can get it. :-) I think the suggestion about not bending my wrists was a good one though (though a bit tough on the knuckles). I remember doing push-ups like this during a brief uninspired attempt at learning karate. Something about calisthenics with a bunch of hot sweaty guys in an non-air conditioned building didn't appeal to me. (If they had been female, I suspect the outcome would have been different. :-)) I will look for a couple of braces too - I think I really need them until my can strengthen my wrists. Thank you Elektra and all who jumped in with suggestions. :-) Paul -------------- Original message ---------------------- Elektra Fire <elektra.fire > I was just thinking if so many are having wrist probs > why don't we try to do a group wrist healing? > We could concerntrate on strengthening the wrists of > all who suffer. > Just a thought, > love Elektra x x x
